How long have you been in business?
My first hearing for social security disability benefits was in January, 1976. I have been representing clients in social security disability appeals for over 35 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Representation on appeals of denials of applications for Social Security Disability benefits with the Social Security Administration.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I originally thought about being a physician and even attended the University of Tennessee Medical Units Graduate School in Medical Microbiology. I took all of the undergraduate course taken by medical students and took some of the same courses with medical students. However, I did not like working in a laboratory all of the time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We do not expect our clients to do the leg work. We obtain the records of the hospitals and doctors, and the evaluations, and file a post hearing Brief after every hearing to help the Administrative Law Judges. We also appeal any adverse decision of a Judge, and we also will represent Supplemental Security Income (SSI) applications for children and persons who do not have enough work credits.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have 3 locations that I serve as a social security representative- West Tennessee, North Texas, and middle Arizona.

We are in the Hillcrest Office Park at the corner of Hillcrest and I -635 (LBJ Expressway) in North Dallas - 2 exits west of the North Central Expressway. Our office is in the southeast corner of the building in Suite 111.
What type of payments do you accept?
Our attorney fees are on a percentage (contingency) basis.
