One on one counseling with a professional or together with family members or significant others regarding your concerns.
Couples Therapy
Relationship issues with couples who are dealing with problems in their lives together including marriage concerns, premarital issues, intimacy trust, communication, separation or divorce.
Child and Adolescent Therapy
For children age two through young adulthood who are experiencing difficulties such as life changes, learning problems, identity issues, discipline problems, socialization, trauma, substance abuse issues or divorce issues. Counseling is available individually, in a group or with appropriate family members.
Group Counseling
For children, adolescents or adults. Groups are limited in size and each potential member is interviewed by a professional for appropriate placement. Most groups meet weekly.
Psychiatric Services
Outpatient evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Medication Management is available for adults and children.
Psychological Testing
Assessment of intelligence, academic abilities, personality and career or vocational counseling as recommended by a licensed mental health professional.
Corporate Training and Consulting
Professional speakers and consultants are available for seminars and staff development on many human relations issues. Stress management, assertiveness training, anger management, communications skills building and conflict resolution are some of the topics that are available.
Parenting Education
Support and education in child development, discipline issues, self-esteem building, promoting independence and responsibility. We can help you recognize signs for concern, problems with drugs, alcohol, conduct issues or emotional disturbances.
