How long have you been in business?
Over 30 years. I started my executive search business in 1981, my online web based job board (http://www.hospitalityonline.com) in 2001 and my recruiting consortium (www.securemploy) in 2005.
What is your primary product or service?
Recruiting for the hospitality industry at large with a particular emphasis on the hotel industry.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was in the hotel business for almost 20 years when I realized there was a void that I could fill to help hotel companies in particular locate quality talent.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Integrity! We never take short cuts and will not recommend a candidate to a company where that person is destined to fail. We believe in win-win situations where we help a company find a talented executive who can really help the company achieve its goals and, at the same time, find a company that is correct for the individual's long term needs and career.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one with no plans to expand per se'. We have established a nation-wide network of individual search experts and formed a consortium of sorts to benefit the industry.
