How long have you been in business?
We've been at it full time for about a year now- Since August of 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
In home and remote computer support and repair- we also specialize in education and we have instructional materials and in person lessons available for nearly any topic you might want to know about!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first really gained an interest in the workings of computers about 20 years ago, when hard disc recording was in its infancy- I didn't have the money to buy a system like that, so I figured that if I could find the parts and software, I could build it! So, I'm not only a computer geek, I'm also a guitar geek!
I found that I really like working with computers, and I like helping people, so the two things were a natural combination.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We always encourage customers to ask any questions they might have, and we will never talk down to them- even after the service call, they are always welcome to give us a call if they need help with something, be it a simple, 2 minute question, or a service call to fix a new problem that's come up!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We definitely have plans to expand- as it is now, we work from various locations around the Metroplex, allowing us to normally make same-day appointments to fix whatever is ailing your machine, from Northeast Plano all the way to Southwest Fort Worth, and anywhere in between!
