BEYOND SHOCKED! on 5/17/2016 2:11:12 PM

DO NOT USE THIS RIDE SERVICE!!! They (knowingly) left my 5 year old kindergartner at his school on 5/2/16 all because I did not pay them $60.00!!! And they lied to the school about making alternate arrangements with me to pick up my precious child! No type of communication from the "owner" Clarissa Pitts (if she had called/texted/emailed, she would have known I had an ER hospital stay). I was put through all sorts of unnecessary problems with the school. To date she has yet to reach out to me regarding what happened. Worst part of it, my son is permanently traumatized by her carelessness! What person in their right mind would leave a small child to fend for themselves? Clearly someone hard up for cash--she equated my son's life to three $20 bills?!? Anything could have happened- I enrolled my son in her service; trusted her to keep my son safe- and this is how she does it? UNBELIEVABLE! Their prices are low for a reason- they are irresponsible and careless. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PRECIOUS CARGO TO THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!
