How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We started by helping a local auto air conditioning manufacturing and distribution company in Irving. We did some delivery for them. We were then given the opportunity to reactivated their ebay store, once the owner found that we knew how to sell on that platform. We then started to sell for them on our own ebay store to finally move on to be independent and started our own website.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate ourselves by selling directly to the customer without holding any inventory. We sell direct from the supplier so we have no overhead or barely; So we can be very flexible in our prices. We also only sell new parts and provide a 1 year manufacturing warranty on all of them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this point we have one location. We plan to expand by establishing a network of local operations to cover other areas in the Dallas metroplex.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I an the owner of the company and I run daily operations in terms of dealing with customers inquiries and purchases and after sales issues. As far as order processing and shipment I rely on our network of supplier to process and ship the orders to customers. For technical and warranty issues we rely on our suppliers and their technical and sales support force.
